Hi Everyone- my name is Ryan. I live in Belfast, Northern Ireland with my better half, Gemma, Ziggy the Dog and two cats who would only start missing me if they weren't being fed! I gave my life to the Lord in my mid teens, but for too long -like so many- I was happy to hoard my salvation to myself and just get by. At best. Recently though, The Lord has begun to call in what I owe him, and has filled me with a desire to share the Good News of the Gospel with whoever will hear it. Even those who won't. I love the Lord, for saving me, for providing us with His Word, and His example.
Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? (Exodus 15:11)
I enjoy most arts. I stay active, and informed. I love to read,and debate. I both enjoy and act on my obligation to "contend for the faith" (Jude 1:3) at any given opportunity.
I am being given a heart to share fellowship with brothers and sisters in the faith, especially those far from me, but I will speak to anyone old or young, male, female free and imprisoned. I want to hear what it's like for you, where you are, and how the Lord has worked in your life. I have known hardships- I grew up in troubles-torn Belfast, and as a child I suffered a serious heart problem, now healed, Thank God. I have not been perfect,to my shame I have sinned greatly at times and I would not have anyone think otherwise. So do not think me too good to speak to. I'm a sinner saved, like yourself! if you feel led or just the inclination to say hi, do so. Some was circumstance and I believe that right now I am being attacked by Satan. I will not lose faith. He has strengthened me and sustained me and brought out of the deepest darkest moments of my life.

I am a single parent to the most wonderful 14 year old boy.
I have always had a faith but it has been a bit of a roller coaster road.
I am looking to meet christian friends from around the world and look forward to learning more about you and hopefully being of some support to you if you ever need it.
Being in the UK there are two big 'issues' the church is 'puzzling' over so for the record I have no problem with female bishops or homosexuality. I am not in to debates, finger pointing etc so if you find either of those objectional then I wish you all the best in your christian journey but we just won't get on :-D.
