Hello brothers and sisters, my name is Casey Jade (but I prefer to be called CJ). I'm 21 years young. I live in a small town located in northeastern Pennsylvania.
I was born and raised in an atheist/agnostic family. I came to know God when I was 13, but not many years later I let guys pull me away from the Lord in ways I wish I never had to admit. In January of this year, something happened in one of my friendships that woke me up -- ever since, I've been so hungry for God!!! I've been straightening out my life and living in His glory, rather than my own. It's not easy, but through the grace of God, I'm making it through :)
I have a wonderful boyfriend named Leo. We met online, which probably isn't the best way to meet a significant other but oh well. He quickly became my best friend and I just love how we can goof off and act like kids together. We get to see each other often too, which is good :)
I plan to attend Regent University, in Virginia Beach, VA. Hopefully I can begin in the spring of 2011. I want to major in Psychology and minor in Youth Ministry. After I graduate, I intend to travel the world as a missionary. I want to help as many troubled teenagers as possible -- those dealing with suicide, depression, self-mutilation, eating disorders, anger, drugs, alcohol, and even sex addictions. I've dealt with most if it myself, first-hand, and I know how much they need all the help they can get. I really feel God has been calling me to this for many, many years. I also believe that is why he allowed me to go through this all myself. So when God says it's time, I will go and I will do His will.
I love to write long letters, however I would prefer to only write to those in the USA. I also would like someone close to my age. If you are a male, please respect that I am already in a relationship. I just want friends for encouragement!

I'm a Finnish girl who loves God. I've been to Bible school and at the time I'm studying business at a university in Sweden. I'm looking for pen pals that share the same view of life with me.
